How We Got Started
For years, Meghan worked as a Marketing Director and Consultant for home services companies across Atlanta. She specialized in building brands, developing marketing strategies, and generating quality leads. But no matter how successful the campaigns were, she kept hearing the same frustration from clients:
"We're overwhelmed—we can't keep up with all these leads!"
Most would pull back on marketing to relieve the pressure. But Meghan saw a different solution: don't slow down growth—build the team to handle it.
So she pivoted. She took the same marketing expertise she'd used to attract customers and applied it to attracting top talent. What started as a practical response to a recurring problem quickly became her passion—helping home services business owners grow confidently by connecting them with trustworthy, high-quality team members.

Her experience ranges from roles such as Marketing Director and General Manager for leading home services companies in Atlanta to owning her own marketing and recruiting businesses. This extensive background gives her a deep understanding of the challenges business owners face, especially when it comes to growth and staffing.
She personally relates to the urgency of hiring to meet business objectives and the frustration that comes with limited time, resources, and the difficulty of finding the right cultural and skill fit. Helping business owners and managers ease these pressures is both her passion and her mission. Married to David, Meghan is a proud mother of three daughters and shares her life with a mini Aussie and a Ragdoll cat. Her faith, travel, and friendships are vital to her, enriching both her personal and professional pursuits

She’s also a devoted wife and mom to two almost-grown kids, finding joy in cooking, quality family time, volunteering in her community, exploring new technologies, and losing herself in a good book.
