What the guarantee covers

We guarantee a qualified candidate you can hire within six weeks. Our goal is at least one hire in that time. You can hire as many candidates as you want during the search at no added fee. When you make your first hire, the search is complete.

How payment works

1. Start. You sign the agreement and pay half the fee.

2. Search. We source, vet, video screen and schedule candidates for six weeks. You interview and decide.

3. Hire. You make a hire and pay the second half.

If you have no qualified candidate by week six

You choose the option that fits your business.

Choice 1: Walk away. You end the search. We waive the second half of the fee.

Choice 2: Two weeks on us. You pay the second half and we add two weeks of dedicated search and ad spend at no charge.

You make the final payment when you hire or when you choose to extend.

This promise covers single searches. It does not cover retainers. If you roll your search into a 3, 6 or 12-month retainer, the retainer terms replace this promise.

Common questions

What happens at week eight? If the role is open at week eight, we do not refund the second-half payment. You can roll the search into a 3, 6 or 12-month retainer.

Does the promise cover retainers? No. The promise covers the 6-week single search. Retainers run under their own terms.
